{"id":160798,"date":"2017-11-17T09:39:51","date_gmt":"2017-11-17T17:39:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nationalfunding.com\/?p=160798"},"modified":"2023-11-01T08:45:17","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T15:45:17","slug":"holiday-bowl-kickoff-luncheon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nationalfunding.com\/blog\/holiday-bowl-kickoff-luncheon\/","title":{"rendered":"National Funding Holiday Bowl Kickoff Luncheon"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>National Funding Kickoff Luncheon Set for Dec. 27<\/h3>\n<h3>Featuring Teams In 2017 San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl<\/h3>\n<p>SAN DIEGO (November 16, 2017) \u2013 College football fans will have the rare opportunity to mingle with<br \/>\nplayers and coaches from the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl at the National Funding<br \/>\nKickoff Luncheon on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.<\/p>\n<p>The event will begin at 11 a.m. with the Carrier Johnson + Culture Battle of the Bands. After the<br \/>\nband concert, guests will make their way to the hotel\u2019s ballroom, where they will dine and interact<br \/>\nwith players. The luncheon program will include remarks by head coaches, players, and sports media<br \/>\npersonalities, as well as season highlight videos for both football teams.<\/p>\n<p>Individual tickets are $65 and tables (which include eight guests and two players) are $650. Guests<br \/>\ncan choose to sit with either Pac-12 or Big Ten players. Each year the SDCCU Holiday Bowl matches<br \/>\nup teams from the Pac-12 and Big Ten conferences.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s 40th annual game will be played on Thursday, Dec. 28 at 6 p.m. and will be televised<br \/>\nnationally on FS1.<\/p>\n<p>The San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl is a nonprofit organization and has a mission of<br \/>\ngenerating tourism, exposure, economic benefit and civic pride for San Diego and its citizens by<br \/>\nproducing the nation&#8217;s most exciting bowl game and festival of events.<\/p>\n<p>The Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is located downtown at 1 Market Place, San Diego 92101.
