    \nEvery owner, no matter the age or level of success, wants to be seen as a leader by employees and colleagues. However, leadership has its limits. You will not be able to please everyone and fulfill all of their wishes. It’s simply impossible. Instead, focus your energy on ensuring you make the right decisions for the company.
