Dave Gilbert founded National Funding in 1999 as the first small business alternative lending businesses on the market. Now, 16 years later, National Funding has loaned nearly $1.5 billion to small businesses and its revenue has surged 172% over the past three years. Lending commitments to the company now total up to $150M from Wells Fargo and CapitalSource, a division of Pacific Western Bank.
Now celebrating its 30th year, the E&Y awards program recognizes entrepreneurs in over 145 cities and 60 countries who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
