National Funding Named to the Inc. 5000 and San Diego’s Fastest-Growing Companies Lists for Third Consecutive Year

National Funding, a leading small business lender, announced today that it has ranked No. 44 on the San Diego Business Journal’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies list for 2015 and No. 2266 on the 2015 Inc. 5000 list. National Funding was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies for the third consecutive year based on the alternative lender’s impressive growth between 2011- 2014.

The company has set its trajectory and is on course for continued success. National Funding has grown 172% over the past three years. In the past year alone, it has added more than 50 employees, increased lending limits to handle loans up to $500,000, and now takes applications for loans from a wide range of brokers.

National Funding’s ranking in the San Diego Business Journal’s list improved year-over-year: No. 89 in 2013, No. 59 in 2014, and No. 44 in 2015. Likewise National Funding moved up the Inc. 5000 list for three years in a row: ranking No. 3724 in 2013, No. 3192 in 2014, and No. 2266 in 2015.

“It’s a distinct honor to be on both the Inc. 5000 and the San Diego Business Journal’s prestigious Fastest-Growing Private Companies lists,” said chief executive officer, David Gilbert. “Making both the lists three consecutive years demonstrates our commitment as an alternative lender to help small businesses get the working capital they need to grow their business. National Funding will continue to add resources and funding channels to meet the demand we are experiencing.”
